Karl Pfefferkorn

Karl Pfefferkorn teaches in the Politics Department at the University of Virginia. Former Director of European Security Negotiations in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Policy) and served on the US delegations to the Organization on Security and Cooperation in Europe, the CFE Treaty negotiations, and the Incidents at Sea talks with the USSR/Russia.
